Engageify processes lead contact details — name, phone number, email, timezone, and the form submission that created the lead — for exactly one purpose: returning the contact that was requested, on behalf of the business whose form was submitted.

Phone numbers are encrypted at rest. Calls become transcripts and structured briefs; audio is not retained by default. Do-not-call requests are honored permanently.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead data to contact anyone about anything other than their own enquiry.
